Missions and Responsibilities
Be a thought partner to senior leaders and management teams by providing inspiration and coaching to support their leadership effectiveness with ability to give clear purpose, build trust and grow the staff.
Understand & translate long-term business strategies and short-term initiatives into human resources plan and programs in achieving business objectives.
Identify and build skills and capabilities against strategic initiatives, lead the succession plan and talent development.
Lead transformation projects for business strategy, organizational design and change initiatives with closely partnering with local business partners.
Act as the HR Lead for the Philippines location. Drive and support on-site people activities /events to promote corporate vision and create one employee experience and excellent manager experience.
Act as a change agent to implement change programs to foster agile & sharing culture, collaborative ways of working by working closely Communication Lead in driving effective internal communication and CSR plans.
Lead a team of three in providing corporate services & administration and human resources services to ensure smooth running of business operations in efficient costs management.
Act as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as Safety Policy, Code of Conduct, Antitrust, Anti-Corruption, Inclusive and Diversify, and other internal policies.
Maintain an external view on labor, HR trends and best practices, ensuring company labor compliance as well positioning the company as a top/best employer.
Competencies and Profile
Degree holder in business administration, human resources management and other relevant disciplines
At least 8 years of solid HR experience and preferably with 3 years in HRBP/Managerial roles and ideally with experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Strong capabilities in the fields of change management, organizational development, strategic workforce planning, talent management, stakeholder management and solutions development
Analytical thinking and using PowerBI for data management and analysis
Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including senior management
