MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Lead Generator!
General Description: A Lead Generator will be in charge of generating new leads for the company and aim to maximize potential from each call with having an outstanding manner of communication throughout the conversation with potential clients. Sales team will rely on the Lead Generator for their ability to handle the call and take charge of the communication with possible customers
​Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9 PM - 6 AM PHT; Hybrid Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
In-charge of the first step in the prospecting process
Evaluates potential sales opportunities
In-charge of attracting interested clients and maintain the leads acquired
Maintains a conversation and build rapport with a customer
Gathers correct information of clients to make an appointment
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience with lead generation
College graduate of any course
Knowledge of persuading potential customers
Able to think of creative methods of attracting clients
Excellent communication skills
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
Willing to work on a graveyard shift
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 30,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
