LEAD GENERATION SUPERVISOR
 
Function:
Research and target prospects using a variety of tools provided by the company or company-owned tools.
On a daily basis, track prospects – potential authors, journalists, and other qualifications that is needed for the Sales’ pipes and enter data accurately and consistently into the company’s CRM.
Maintain and update accurate log of activities in the CRM system.
Mine and research potential author’s contact details through any websites applicable to the company’s nature of business on a daily manner.
Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and send to Sales Team in the CRM system.
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications:
With at least 1-2 years of working experience in Lead Generation duties is an advantage
With at least 1 year of Supervisory Experience
Finished at least 2 years in College or Associate’s degree graduate (2 years’ business related course)
Proficient in MS word, Excel, PPT, and outlook

Good interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or project
Driven and resourceful in finding new fresh leads through any websites.
Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing system and tools.
Motivated and driven
Responds positively to problems and uses them as opportunity to do things differently and better
Other responsibilities:
Keeps tracker of all generated leads.
Monitor the generated leads.
Make weekly productivity reports
Present reports every ManComm
Monitor team productivity and attendance
Send out productivity and attendance report to Management
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
