We are hiring a full-time Lead Generation Specialist.
This role requires you to work on-site full-time.

Main Duties:
Research and learn the business; familiarize yourself with the industries in which we recruit
Using keywords and hashtags, identify individuals for recruiters to contact
Build pipeline according to recruiters' directives
Pipeline must include contact details like LinkedIn URL, personal, alternative, and work numbers
Maintain, cleanse, and organize the CRM system
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Social Media literate
Written English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google with working knowledge of LinkedIn
Ability to follow directions
Solid organizational skills
6 months - 1 year of work experience in data mining/sourcing
Experience with ZoomInfo, HireEZ, Yellow Pages, and other sourcing tools is an advantage
With knowledge/experience in Boolean Searching is an advantage
College Education preferred, not required
