Background:
We're looking for an ambitious, driven, and organized Lead Generation Manager who can manage and inspire a team of lead generation specialists for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
You are expected to generate at least 1 lead per week
Work closely with team members to utilize leads in various aspects of marketing, such as telephone sales, direct marketing, and work with them to qualify leads.
Writing calls scripts and customer answer sheets.
Implementing sales strategies.
Managing the Lead Generation team and assisting junior staff.
Setting weekly and monthly targets.
Compiling and presenting reports.
Maintaining accurate metrics of the team's productivity
Hire/train lead gen reps and team leads to ensure effective leadership within the team * Ensure all lead gen goals are met by continually improving our efficiency and effectiveness
Technical Qualifications:
Proven track record of managing highly effective outbound teams
Someone with a very high-level sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude
Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call * They should have proven success in leading and driving teams to specific goals through monitoring, coaching, and ongoing developmental training, and must also be articulate and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-confidence
Sound business judgment, integrity and commitment to excellence
Fast learner who can adapt to change (must know how to figure things out)
Someone who has experience doing B2B calls.
