We are interviewing for a Lead Generation Executive as a home based position to start immediately. We are looking for someone who has Telesales experience and is comfortable doing cold calling. Responsibilities: Call prospective customers by operating dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Influence customers to buy the company products and follow a prepared sales script to provide excellent service. Action revival and recycle leads, obtain customer information and update request status. Complete new lead requests by registering customers information in the lead form system & to assign it to the appropriate business units. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed on daily basis. Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements & access insurance portal to check on the value. Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures. Answer customers' calls and ensure calling back missed and abandoned calls. Support the unit manager in any additional assignments. Skills and Background: Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service or relevant position. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Patient and able to handle customers rejection. Persistent and result oriented.
