We have a large team of Filipino and Australian developers who have been working together for about 5 years. Our team uses the latest Agile and DevOps methodologies, and our staff are passionate about applying best practices and continuous improvement. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly capable lead developer to join our team and build exciting and challenging features into our platform.
 
What we offer:
Permanent, full-time day job at the comfort of your own home (40 hours per week)
Base salary of PHP 120,000 to 170,000 per month (depends on seniority, experience, and expected performance)
Generous bonuses paid every 3 months - up to 15% for high performers
13-month pay

Minimum Requirements:
Excellent Written and Spoken English
18+ years’ experience as a developer
8+ years working with C# and .NET
2+ years’ experience with Typescript, Angular or similar front end technology
A strong background in Object-Oriented Design and Development with an applied understanding of design patterns
A commitment to code quality and continuous improvement
A solid understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies in general
Experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework (or other ORM technology)
Experience with continuous integration/delivery and code instrumentation tools
Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
Experience with validating and writing code that adheres to secure coding practices
Quiet and distraction-free workspace
Modern and reliable computer with a quality microphone, headset, and webcam for clear communication
Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 1 Mbit upload speed)
Comfortable using time tracking software (Time Doctor)
Must be currently residing in the Philippines
Available to work from 7am to 4pm PH time (1 hour of breaks)
Duties and responsibilities:
Build and maintain high quality, modular and reusable code and components
Design and develop software solutions that meet defined specifications
Assist in solution design and architecture decisions
Write and execute test cases to ensure performance and correct function of a software
Mentor and support the development of your peers’ technical discipline
Write technical specifications
Perform code reviews
Improve our coding standards, code quality and help lift the quality within the team
Participate in peer-group discussions about best practice and ideal solutions to problems
Assess other developers performance and identify areas for improvement
Help to define and improve coding standards, processes, and procedures
Provide guidance, advice, feedback, and recommendations to management to assist in decision making
