ADI's Sustainable Energy team is focused on providing innovative solutions for the fast-growing electric vehicle and energy markets. The urgency to address the climate change challenge is changing the pace of innovation in these markets. ADI's Sustainable Energy team has been leading in the development of technologies and solutions to position ADI as leaders in this high growth area.
The Sustainable Energy team is seeking a Lead IC Layout Designer, responsible for the successful delivery of top-level and block-level layouts for our latest analog and mixed-signal IC designs. Based in the Philippines, they will work closely with our team of IC designers and layout engineers in Scotland, Ireland and the USA, contribute to the continuous improvement of our IC development methodology, manage the deliverables and development of other layout engineers, and collaborate with a global cross-functional team to meet schedule, design and quality requirements set by project stakeholders.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive Top/Chip-level layout experience
Strong grasp of layout principles
Familiarity with semiconductor device physics, cross-section, construction, and failure mechanisms
Familiarity with semiconductor package technologies and related design rules
Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso XL and Calibre verification tools is an advantage
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering
At least 6 years of relevant working experience
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work within and effectively collaborate with a cross-functional and global team
Strong leadership skills
Layout experience in high-voltage applications and power switches is an advantage
