OBJECTIVES:
The Digital Innovation and Enterprise Architecture Division of the Information Technology Department requires the services of a Lead Content Developer to assist in designing, developing, and managing content for various initiatives related to the Digital Innovation Sandbox Program and digital readiness of the company. Content will be for internal and external audiences.
A Lead Content Developer with content writing, research, design, project management, event management, and stakeholder management skills is required to directly support the team’s initiatives for the Digital Innovation Sandbox Program. 
Report to: Principal Information Technology Specialist (Digital Adoption and Outreach)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and strategize communication and content related to digital innovation to engage ADB employees, network with partners, and convey and/or gather information in general as required by the team.
Generate a variety of content such as marketing copy, presentation slides, talking points, video scripts, articles, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, case studies, and other written content to promote the division’s digital innovation initiatives.
Develop visual content from planning, storyboarding, scriptwriting to editing videos and designing graphic illustrations, overall branding, simple motion graphics, and user interface.
Closely collaborate with different departments and vendors, capture relevant information for content from research, interviews, or meetings.
Facilitate meetings for networking events, arrange speaking engagements, and find opportunities to communicate success stories of the team.
Assist in planning, managing, and executing annual internal digital events.
Maintain an archive of content.
Lead the implementation of the online basic learning program to ensure smooth delivery of online learning materials.
Collaborate with partners to align IT learning materials with enterprise learning standards and ensure successful integration of other learning platforms.
Develop and implement an e-learning plan and spearhead the design and development of instructional materials.
Provide recommendations to the development, delivery, and maintenance of the learning experience platform
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or master's in mass communication, journalism, organizational development, or related fields; preferably with advanced training.
At least 6 years of relevant experience in reputable organizations.
Artistic capabilities and experience in marketing/advertising related to digital innovation or IT products
Strong project management skills
Experience in crafting department-wide messages (i.e., textual, pictorial, and presentation/video).
Ability to translate technical information into language understandable to everyone.
Proactive and with the ability to identify communication opportunities.
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Ability to develop rapport in a multicultural environment and strongly liaise across divisions and departments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and can interact effectively and work/coordinate with all levels of staff and external parties.
Ability to plan, coordinate, oversee, administer, and work independently, as appropriate.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
