Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as a Business Development & Sales Support Associate. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to grow their career in sales, business analysis, and commercial strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating impactful sales presentations, supporting profitability and pricing analysis, preparing reports for management, and participating in client-facing sales assignments when required.
Sales Presentations:
Design, structure, and deliver compelling sales decks tailored to different audiences and business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and insights for impactful client presentations.
Pricing & Profitability Support:
Assist in analyzing cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability reports to guide decision-making.
Prepare comparative pricing models and margin analysis to support sales proposals.
Sales Assignments & Client Interaction:
Participate in sales calls, meetings, and client discussions to present solutions and support deal closing.
Represent the company professionally during pitches or events as required.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track sales performance, pipeline updates, and pricing metrics for internal reporting.
Prepare periodic business review materials and dashboards for management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to align on proposals and pricing strategies.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or commercial analysis preferred (fresh graduates with strong aptitude will also be considered).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, basic financial modeling).
Intermediate knowledge of pricing, cost analysis, and profitability concepts.
Communication Skills:
Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
Excellent written and spoken English; confident speaking to clients and internal stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Creative flair for designing professional and engaging presentation materials.
