Lead Allocation Project Associates are critical campaign enablers and lead order assigners to all lead production channels-both internal and external. Project Associates will partner with internal Lead Production leaders and team members to ensure all campaigns are running successfully and within the agreed terms of each campaign including pacing, filters, special instructions and campaign end dates. This position reports to the Lead Allocation Manager.
Essential Job Functions "What You'll Do":
Create lead order allocations for all campaigns endorsed by the Customer Support team to the appropriate lead production channels-internal (Email or Telemarketing) and external (partners)
Coordinate with the Customer Support team to ensure all filters and campaign requirements are correct
Use internal lead revenue recognition targets to guide internal Email and Telemarketing lead order allocation
Complete Provider Order Forms (POFs) to communicate and activate all lead order allocations assigned to partners
Create phone scripts for all campaigns assigned to internal telemarketing
Upload the call file and named account list for all campaigns assigned to internal channels (telemarketing and email) and address any call file or named account issues as they rise
Provide feedback for call file improvement and call file analysis
Assist TM OM's, TL's, or Voice QA's for any queries on campaign specifics
Essential Qualifications "What You'll Need":
1-3 years' lead generation project/campaign management experience is preferred
Excellent attention to detail is required
Exceptional communication skills-both written & verbal
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
Results and deadline oriented
Effective under pressure and consistently meets deadlines
Use of multiple digital and O365 tools required
Previous telemarketing experience is valued
