Conducting experiments and performing test procedures to produce reliable, reproducible results.
Documenting and summarising experimental data for review and interpretation.
Communicating results and observations to team members, including any unexpected results or observations.
We're looking for a seasoned agronomist to lead operations in-country. This person will:
Oversee and manage a team of field agronomists
Take full responsibility for agronomic strategy, planning, and execution
Have a strong command of crop nutrition, soil health, and sustainable farming practices
Lead field trials, product testing, and agronomic R&D
Collaborate with commercial teams on business development efforts
Act as the key point of contact for agronomy activities in the region
Must be fluent in English and comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural teams
Ideal Profile
You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Utilities.
