WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
Responsible for implementation and roll out of LCO. Ensures the works of the LCO Areas are well organized and exceuted in order to provide optimal utilization of production capacity, high quality products and maintaining safety.Owns 24/7 Safety, Quality, Delivery & Productivity results of LCO teams. Responsible for building team capability through identifiying high potential candidates, active coaching of them and ensuring that the required training programs are in place. Colaborates with MP and Maintenance Mangagers for smooth transition and full implementation of LCO. Ensure appropriate people management of organization reporting to the role.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures timely and effective implementation and roll out of LCO.
Production processes optimalization and effectiveness improvement according to LCO guide lines. Ensures continuity of production flow.Timely implements production plans with regard to quantity, quality and costs.
Understanding of LCO processes and procedures, ensure LCO meeting structure and documentation established.
Controls the quality of production, implements new production methods by means of close cooperation with Engineering Department. Fulfills Quality Policy.
Implements projects carried out in JTI group, responsible for suitable machinery and equipment condition on subordinate work area, performs repairs and upgrades , cooperates with Engineering Department in case of machinery and equipment general overhauls or replacement.
Manages LCO teams, ensures their development, creates an effective team. Reviews, organizes and implements internal training plans. Ensures development of potential successors for key positions within the structure.
Makes specific production reports. Responsible for KPI and meeting the targets. Participates in production budget reviews and establishment, responsible for using available budgets.
Plans employment and training within JTI group and with external suppliers.
Perform any other tasks commissioned by the supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labour law, corporate guidance, internal regulations and work performance instructions.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in engineering/management education. Knowledge of technical and technological issues.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager of one of production departments or as a Group Leader in an international company.
Experience with production processes optimization and establishment
Administrative and team management skills.
Proficient in English language both oral and written communication.
Knowledge of tobacco industry will be an additional advantage.
