Oversee the day-to-day operations of the LazMall channel and sub-channels such as LazMall One, LazMall Prestige, Beauty by LazMall, etc. Monitor the performance of the channels to develop and implement key actions to meet key performance indicators . Govern onsite assets of LazMall to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources to support company objectives and goals . Develop visual merchandising plans with partner brands to develop effective co-marketing opportunities and branding integrations/activation . Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of key LazMall campaigns such as Super Brand Days and other key brand moments that elevate the online mall experience . Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the LazMall experience onsite. . Working with the Marketing team and partner agencies to create an overall marketing plan for LazMall to increase awareness and consideration as the number one online mall . Generate a post-campaign report and analysis to apply learnings in next initiatives campaigns Job Requirements Qualification & Skills . 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field of study . At least three (3) year of work experience . Experience in e-commerce merchandising is a plus . Creative, analytical and organize with attention to detail . Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment . Pro-active attitude and analytical . Ability to work both independently and within a team . Strong business acumen and critical thinking
