QUALIFICATION
Bachelors Degree in Law
Preferably passed the Bar exam
Experienced Attorney for at least 3 years
Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal
documents
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking
skills
Experience working in a Real Estate industry is advantage
Willing to travel outside Cebu
JOB DESCRIPTION
Draft contracts or agreements to various clients
Represent the company in court, regulation and administrative
meetings
Handle company mergers and acquisitions
Explain the law and give legal advice
Help develop company strategies with board members
Review and update company handbook
Handle labor disputes
Mediating between higher-level employees of the organization
during a conflict
Handle legal related documents, reports, etc.
