Responsibilities:
Monitor legal risk in the documentation and give guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for natural and juristic persons.
Draft, review, and manage wills, trusts, estates, contracts, and deeds.
Manage and oversee paralegals and legal assistants.
Prepare pleadings, notices and make appearances in court.
Qualifications:
Member of the PH Bar with strong attention to details
and should at least have good communication skills (verbal & written)
Can work with minimal to no supervision
MS Office proficient
Willing to work in an Outsourcing Company
Okay to work graveyard shift and onsite
Works alongside client (onshore)
