Law360, a LexisNexis company, is seeking a full time Client Relations Specialist (CRS) to join our growing organization. The CRS will serve as the point of contact for our clients/subscribers answering inquiries regarding the Law360 newswire, account information, subscription access requests, free trials, reprints and advertising. This position involves heavy e-mailing and moderate phone coverage. Ad hoc projects assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction via telephone and e-mail
· Carrying out daily routines: newsletter distribution, checking voicemails/e-mails, subscription renewals, etc.
· Working with sales team to build pipeline
· Setting up free trial subscriptions
· Escalating issues as necessary
· Creating/Submitting Opportunities for deals created outside the US sales team
· Reporting customer service trends to sales team; share ideas for improvement
· Ad hoc projects as assigned
· Lead management/Qualification
Requirements:
· BA/BS required
· Proficient in MS Office, Google Apps and other commonly used business applications
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· 1-3 year(s) professional work experience
· Developed customer focus skills
· Impeccable follow up and time management skills and the ability to multi-task
· Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and flexibility
· Excellent attention to detail
· This position is ideal for an entry-level professional with prior sales or customer service experience.
