Job Description
Responsible for overseeing all the laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and packing.
Ensure that the laundry facility is operating to standards of excellence and that high-quality customer service is provided.
Oversee the entire laundry operation and associated staff in an efficient manner.
Train and supervise work team and provide training on new procedures or equipment
Coordinate the movement of materials required for the operation
Monitor work team performance and make necessary adjustments
Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials
Monitor operational costs and seek various ways to reduce cost
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of laundry equipment operation, maintenance, and safety regulations
