Duties and Responsibilities:
WELCOME HOME EXPERIENCE
• Maintain proper grooming with a complete uniform.
• Always greet the guest with a smile and signature greetings of clients
COMPANY POLICY AND PROCEDURES
● Employee should abide by the Company policies and procedures
LAUNDRY OPERATIONS
● Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the laundry area
● Responsible in collecting the soiled linens and towels from the room attendant
● Must sort all the linens and place in each containers
● Responsible for washing the linens and towels.
● Enable to dry the washed linens before transferring to the ironing area.
● Iron and fold dried linens and deploy to the designated areas.
LINEN ASSET INVENTORY
● Linen inventories should be accurate
● Oversee linen inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
● Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
● Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
● Damaged items or missing items should be reported to immediate supervisor
● Reports all repairs laundry machine immediately to maintenance through Job order requests
LINEN / TOWEL SEGREGATION
● Laundry attendant shall be in charge for linen towel segregation, pull out and accepting the laundry:
a. Keep all soiled linen and towel per item in each laundry bag.
b. Counts the received items for laundry
c. Fill up for laundry pull out form for monitoring
d. Monitoring of all linens and towel(all items for laundry and for releasing linen
and towels should log in monitoring form
e. Count and sign delivered laundry for payment
