Job Description
Prepare the lathe machine by installing and adjusting cutting tools, chucks, collets, or other fixtures.
Safely load metal, wood, raw materials, and other items into the lathe machine.
Perform turning operations such as facing, taper turning, straight turning, and profiling as per engineering drawings or specifications.
Monitor machining process to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of finished parts.
Keep detailed records of production runs, including any issues or modifications. and Operate lathe and milling machines to produce precision parts and components.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Candidates must have passports
Can Communicate through English
Knowledgeable workplace safety standards and practices in a machining environment.
Must understand how various materials, including metals and plastics, react to machining processes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings is essential.
Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and quality in machined parts.
