Job Summary:
· Primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, and efficient service and accurate on-time execution of merchandise display and promotion.
· He/ She exhibits full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers that will impact sales and ultimately drive business growth.
· Implement sales initiatives through suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge, and highlighting promotion offers.
· Knowledge and ability to consistently implement service standards and applicable processes in retail operations.
· Helps in the attainment of sales and target of the branch. (Must hit individual quota given)
· Excellent customer service must be provided at all times.
· Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with approved store visual standards.
· Ensure that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
· Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company which your superior may ask or direct you to perform.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school graduate/Vocational graduate/College level.
· With 1-2 years experience in sales/and or cashiering.
· Must have a good working attitude, an outgoing personality, and an approachable character.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various customers.
· Reliable and can be counted on to work in all scheduled shifts.
· Must be highly trainable/willing to learn.
· Product knowledge in IT, games, laptops, PC, and cellular phones is an ADVANTAGE.
