SANTOS LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is in need of one (1) LAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
 
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
 
A)      Education & Knowledge
1.      Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
2.      Preferably a license Civil Engineer or equivalent.
 
B)      Experience:
1.      At least five years of experience in project management.
1.      Experience in strategic planning and execution.
2.      Knowledge of all aspects of land development and construction processes.
3.      Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
4.      Knowledge of budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted Accounting Principles.
5.      Knowledge of national and local regulations.
 
C)      Competencies:
1.    Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
2.    Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
3.    Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
