Graduate of Civil Engineering or any related course
At least three to five years experience as a Land Development head
With a solid background in real estate or land development
Ensure complete and timely permitting, leading and coordinating preparation and approval of development agreements, managing land development and site construction
Good in oral and written communication skills
Can work with a minimum supervision
