Right-of-Way (ROW) Documentation And Records Management
ensures activities are in accordance with the NGCP ROW manual/policies, applicable laws, rules and regulations.
evaluates and encode original ROW documents turned-over to ROWD for safekeeping
consolidates and turn over all Right-of-Way (ROW) documents of completed projects to central repository records.
Secures Tax Declarations of newly-acquired properties
Prepares all the ROW documents and coordinate with other functional groups on the requirements and activities needed during the conduct of ERC Prudency Review.
Titling of NGCP Properties
Prepares documentary requirements for the approval of subdivision plans at the Land Registration Authority and titling of NGCP acquired properties at the Registry of Deeds.
Budget Utilization
Ensures efficient planning, managing and monitoring of budget through timely preparation of Request for Payment (RFPs).
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social and other related course.
Two (2) years of relevant experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in computer applications
Team player/organized/results-oriented/pro-active
Integrity and professionalism
