Job Description:
Monitors subcontractor's daily progress to ensure project completion on time.
Responsible for on-site survey, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of intelligent network or value-added technical support.
Assist the Project Manager to ensure whether the project is meeting the KPI's and the quality requirements.
Must have experience in site acquisition is preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, and other related courses
With working experience in a Telecommunication Industry is highly valued
With experience working in a Real Estate is a plus
Able to work under pressure, a tight timeline, and fast-paced changing environment
Has good communication skills, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills
Excellent in negotiation and budget control skills
For Local VIS Area Only and can start ASAP
Willing to be assigned in Negros area
