Job Description:
Hiree will assist the Land Acquisition team in scouting, evaluating and negotiating properties for acquisition by the Company.
Job Qualifications:
A graduate of any 4-year business course, preferably with
Law degree or units
Has background in feasibility studies, contracts review and
drafting of agreement.
Has excellent communication, presentation, negotiation,
networking and relationship management skills.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD software for lot plotting,
preferred.
Real estate experience is an advantage.
