Description
MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is currently looking for a Land Access Administrator to join our client who is one of Australia's and New Zealand's leading suppliers of a range of broadband design, cabling and construction services, particularly for next generation cable networks.
The primary responsibility is to achieve excellence in the engagement of key external stakeholders, and to help implement the company's stakeholder relations strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Direct engagement with key external stakeholders across all areas of Client's operations within assigned CSA areas.
• Work with local authorities to obtain CAR, WAP and B4UDIG permits.
• Develop in depth knowledge of key external stakeholder requirements that impact Client's operations and internal processes.
• Act as a key contact point for Client's external stakeholders, including Chorus, internet companies, territorial authorities
• Develop and foster strong relationships across Client's external stakeholders, to advocate for Client's interests.
• When stakeholder requirements change or increase, raise with the Host Employee or Host Manager so Client's can amend and align internal processes to the external stakeholder's requirements.
• When requested help prepare associated reports.

To be qualified, you should be:
• A Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experienced with siteTRAX (project management) software, other applications
• Preferably with background in NetMap and Submitica.
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
