LABORATORY NURSE
 
Responsibilities:
Answering appropriate concerns of the patient regarding laboratory test/procedure.
Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
Professionally assisting the doctors, visitors, and patients with good customer service.
Maintain excellent customer service to both laboratory walk-ins and APE mobile clients.
Answering client concerns in both Walk-in and Mobile.
Maintain confidentiality of all doctors and patient information.
Completely accurate documentation of patient visits.
Handle keeping and updating of the medical records of patients/clients.
Give injectable medicines as prescribed by doctors.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Maintain workplace health & safety programs, as well as medical services & facilities.
Doing Vital Signs before going to the doctor.
Calling Customer Service for LOA approval.
Receiving clients document for REFUND.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Knowledgeable in hospital protocols and procedures.
Willingness to promote health and maintenance programs.
Ability to create a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to control emotions and remain objective during disputes and investigations.
Previous experience working in a medical setting.
Able to work individually or in a team.
Ability to handle complaints or challenging situations confidently.
Broad understanding of patient confidentiality laws.
Willing to start ASAP.
Willing to be assigned at Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
