Job Description
The Laboratory Operations Manager is responsible for leadership and direct management of the overall laboratory processes and procedures from specimen receipt through result delivery for all molecular and clinical assays performed at Davao.
Five years' experience in managing clinical laboratory operations
Proven leadership skills, problem solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, successful coaching and team-building, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient with laboratory information systems, word processing and spreadsheets
Familiar with Quality Management Systems and their requirements for training and documentation.
Experience with sterile technique and molecular biology is highly desirable
Experience with automated serology analyzers desirable
Bachelor's degree in medical technology from an accredited institution
Location: Davao City
Work Arrangement: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
Salary Range: Php 45,000 basic + Php 1,000 communication allowance / month
Probationary Benefits: Government Mandated Benefits, Parking

This position is a probationary position
Will be handling the Clinical and Molecular Laboratory.
