Description
Responsible in operation of Auto analyzer and Skalar machine to analyze Sugar (Total and Reducing), Chloride, Total Alkaloids, Nitrates and Ammonia content of tobacco samples produced during production runs, trial runs and any other samples submitted by Growing operations, Agronomy, Leaf, customers and 3rd party affiliates. Other functions includes the preparation of reagent and standard solutions for testing tobacco chemistries, prepares yearly costing for the test analysis, requisition for needed glass wares, chemicals and other materials related for analytical testing and maintenance and trouble shooting of equipment. Accountable for proper storage of hazardous waste generated during chemical testing.
