Resposibilities: Conducts necropsy, serology and bacterial isolation of samples from animals (poultry and swine), food, feeds and other related samples. Conducts technical seminar on proper collection and sample handling as well as orientation seminar on routine laboratory procedure, laboratory result reading and interpretation to extension veterinarians and farm owners. Participates in staff meetings and committee work. Supervises laboratory staff as required. Performs other related duties as assigned. Supervises all media request and schedule of release. Performs other duties or functions that will be assigned by the superior.
