• Graduate of any related four (4) year bachelor's degree; graduate of Bachelor of Laws and/or under Bar, preferred;
• Good oral and written skills;
• Effective interpersonal and people skills like a good listener, adviser, and influencer;
• Strong negotiating skills;
• Able to present, facilitate, and execute plans and programs;
• Experience in handling complaints and appearing at, including possible interpersonal contacts in, DOLE, NLRC, and NCMB, is an edge;
• Knowledgeable in labor laws and social legislations;
• Passionate and self-driven;
• Willing to work at Biñan, Laguna.
