Must have 3 years relevant work experience in Labor and Employment Law

Excellent Communication Skills and Strong Presentation skills

Responsibilities:
Support the Employment Law team within CORE in different geographies on research, employee relations matters, litigation matters, deals, policies, initiatives support, develops training materials and handbooks
Handles medium to high complex matters in Employment Law
Handles most matters independently with limited supervision
Research and draft opinion to assist Employment Legal Team on complex employment law and immigration related queries
Support to Employment Legal Team on Employees Relations matters
Active support on litigation matters, interacting with external counsels and initial reviews of all court documents
Deal support- Initial reviews of HR schedules, Non-compete reviews, employment provisions reviews
Coordination and legal assessments on regional/global projects, policies and compliance initiatives
Development of guidelines, know how material, processes/tools (global/regional and local)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Demonstrate a specialized subject-matter expertise in CORE support area;
Ability to consistently undertake contract drafting at a proficient level in compliance with company policy/regulatory environment and best practices; and
Strong influencing and negotiation skills and competent at adjusting negotiation style to suit context of negotiations (e.g. timing) and status of counter-party
Skilled at liaising across multiple business and legal functions to coordinate input from internal stakeholders in different geographies and reflect different country approaches;
Ability to represent GLN, advise and interact with senior management and clients (as applicable)
Ability to act as a role model within CORE functional area with an approachable attitude consistent with the requirements of professionalism;
Ability to recommend high quality and timely advice for risk mitigation by efficiently analyzing business and legal implications;
Ability to work under high pressure, effectively manage priorities and stakeholder expectations
Effective influencing and negotiation skills and able to provide effective assistance for negotiation and closure of contractual documents from mid to low complexity deals
Competent understanding of CORE areas and the surrounding issues and statutory regulations
Competent understanding of relevant company policies and exercises excellent judgment to apply company policy and procedure in risk mitigation
Exercises excellent judgment and leverages existing knowledge in relation to applicable risk area and effectively supports supervisor/leadership to strategize on risk mitigation techniques
Fluent in English with strong oral and written skills and adept in preparing and delivering presentations and coordinating meetings;
Competent in general corporate business practices, contracting; subcontracting practices, dispute resolution techniques;
Displays a very high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments;
Detail-oriented, organized, flexible and focused at all times even in conflict situations;
Strong time management, prioritization and analytical skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills; and
