Are you ready to join us?A day in the life of...Coordinates the development of label information in the flow of packaging-related visual communications for print or e-Commerce applications for innovation and renovation project(s), for one or more assigned Brand(s) or Business(es). Contributes to the efficient, effective and flawless execution of the Design to Delivery (D2D) process embedded in I2L.
Manages the Label Info Specification and/or SAP Labelling Record for assigned Brand(s) or Business(es), interfacing with all functions/ individuals responsible for providing information or assets required for the D2D project success.
Enables fluid communication between the project cross-functional team to align and maintain expected deliverables and timings.
Ensures D2D Execution Manager/Brand Manager (Brand Team) or D2D (/E2E) Coordinator (IMS) has access to the required label information (text and/or visual elements) to achieve D2D project results on time, on budget, and according to defined quality standards.
Responsible for managing and maintaining team templates to ease the execution of the Label Info Specification and/or SAP Labelling Record.
Responsible for managing and maintaining LIS templates, SAP Labelling Profiles and/or re-usable text and visual elements in Label Info Repositories.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Label Info tools participating in the D2D Champions community and attending trainings on new functionalities.
What will make you successful
Minimum 2+ years' experience managing label information or other inputs required to develop packaging
Ideally experience managing label info or artwork destined for multilingual or multi-market packaging
Demonstrates strong written, and oral communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, eCommerce)
Bachelor's degree similar level of education
Experience working with digital workflows, DAM, and document management
Understanding of labeling regulatory requirements an added bonus and essential for Coordinators supporting highly regulated Businesses/Markets
