Korean National Fluent in English
Must be Bachelor's Degree graduate
With experience 1 to 2 years in Customer Service Support
With knowledge using SAP System
With Knowledge processing order to cash
Willing to work onsite
Responsibilities:
Responsible to process product orders from customers
Responsible to monitor and address inquiries or product concerns
Answer calls and emails in a proper manner
Monitoring the purchased orders if delivered on time
Issue invoice to customers
Responsible to maintain accurate records of their orders until shipment
