Job Duties:
Answer incoming calls from foreign clients and provide assistance in compliance of company policies and standards
Ensure to provide accurate solutions and carefully assist in technical problems may occur
Maintain to provide excellent customer service to customers
Identify and escalate issues appropriately
First point of contact in handling inquiries and concerns
