Requirements:
Korean National living in the Philippines
Can speak English
College Level or bachelor's Degree Holder
Customer Service Background, related to Automotive is an advantage
Must be willing to work in Taguig City
Responsibilities:
Management of Korean concerns through phone calls, chat, and email
Assisting Koreans with emergency concerns and issues for automotive account
Provide information for inquiries and make sure they are addressed properly
