Qualification
1. Completed at least 2 years in college or possess Bachelor’s/College Degree, in any field.
2. At least 6 months – 1 year (s) of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for supported Bi-lingual channel Hangul (Korean)
