Job Description
Supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operation and costs.
Supervise sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene as well as the quality level of hygiene and services.
Assist Chefs and Kitchen staff with stewarding related tasks are needed.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Flexible and can work under pressure
