Kitchen Steward (for lapu-lapu assignment)SONNET' S CATERING SERVICES, INC.

Kitchen Steward is responsible for cleaning dishes in a food service environment to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses. Their duties include prioritizing loads of different types kitchenware, hand-washing dishes, loading the dishwasher and placing dishes to dry.
Responsibilities:
· Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
· Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.
· Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
· Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary
· Remove garbage regularly.
· Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
Requirements and Skills:
· High School Diploma/Senior High School Graduate
· With or without experience as a Kitchen Steward.
· Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed.
· Time management skills.
· Attention to detail and sanitation rules.
· Availability to work in shifts and during weekends.
· Willing to work ASAP.
