KITCHEN STAFF
 
Job Description:
 
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team. As part of the kitchen crew, you will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, and support the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely meal service.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least a high school graduate (or equivalent).
Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items under supervision.
Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.
Ensure all food ingredients are properly stored and labeled.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Help with unloading and organizing kitchen supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
