You will enhance your cooking skills and will be in charge of preparing food, ensuring all areas and food storage are clean, properly sanitized, and organized.
Job Objectives:
To provide quality food while observing food safety standards.
To ensure that all the areas in the kitchen will be clean and organized.
To ensure that all the foods that we prepare will satisfy the customer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide a clean and sanitized workplace.
Ensures that all used plates are clean. Proper dilution of cleaning solutions and proper operation of a machine.
Prepares food neatly and on time.
Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures of the workplace.
Ensure that the storage area is organized and clean. Follows waste segregation procedures
Job Specifications:
At least College graduate or College Level.
With experience working in a Japanese restaurant is an advantage.
Willing to work in San Juan City.
Willing to work during weekends and holidays.
