Manage the food preparation processes in the kitchen.
Oversee the inventory management of raw materials, equipment and finished products.
Create manpower scheduling and assignment to optimize efficiency and maintain food quality.
Monitor expenses and prepare production and inventory reports and manage inventory variance.
JOB QUALIFICATION
with at least 3 years experience as Kitchen Lead/ Supervisor
Food safety advocate and practitioner
