- Prepares all food ingredients according to standard specifications, portions and procedures
- Observe proper storage of supplies for food production
- Ensures that all equipment in the food preparation area in good working conditon
- Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the work station, equipment and utensils
- Assembles and hands in ingredients needed by the cook for a particular menu
- Perfomrs other duties as may be required by the head Cook/ Management
