Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Ensures adherence to the highest quality food preparation and hygiene standard
Ensures proper use of ingredients
Excellent communication and time management skills
Works with attention to detail
Able to work both fast and accurately
Responsibilities:
Responsible for cooking and food preparation in a timely manner and according to the established standard operating procedure SOP
Cleans kitchen preparation area and equipment
Ensures kitchen is up to safety and cleanliness standards
