Job Description:
1) Audit of weekly meal expenses submitted by Kitchen Staff;
2) Check compliance of maintenance personnel' daily task;
3) In-charge of the inventory of kitchen and other miscellaneous items;
4) Reporting of kitchen equipment defects and issues, and provide recommendation;
5) Monitoring and schedule of preventive maintenance cleanup of office air conditioner;
6) Procurement of monthly office snacks and maintenance items and liquidation of receipts thereafter;
7) Reminding of shaking of fire extinguisher;
8) Supervise kitchen and maintenance personnel on a daily basis;
 
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least bachelor's or college degree, fresh graduates are welcome.
2. Experience in food and supplies purchasing 
and inventory function is an advantage.
3. Must be keen to details, efficient, and able to work under pressure
4. Must possess good communication skills (written and oral)
5. Proficient in MS Office applications
6. Must be a team player, dynamic, and 
highly flexible
