Job Description
Follow activities scheduled. Collection of all equipment / toys at the end shift.
Check area for any problems and report to Technical Services.
Follow pre-opening, opening, closing and post-closing operational procedures at the Kids Club
Welcome families and register children at the Kids Club, handling reservations and payments, up-selling the Kids Club services and performing related administrative duties.
Organize and accompany children activities according to the Kids Club concept, always providing safe care and a personalized and intuitive service
Handling kids club consumables and mershandising stock, managing available material.
Coordenate in-room entertainment game rental with Concierge.
Assist with creating the Kids Club stories and preparing taylor made exepriences for Kids.
Assit on organizing kids experiences with other departments.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Must be able to stand, reach with hands and arms. Use hands to climb or balance.
Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Assist on coordenating child amenities and Kids Club gifts
• Organizing and accompanying the Kids Club outdoor activities, swimming pool activities and kids sports
