We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, introduce them to our products or services, and guide them through the sales process. You will also assist with responding to email inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
6 months experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
Clear communication skills.
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM).
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
Introduce products or services and create interest in our offerings.
Responding to Inquiries:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via email.
Provide accurate information, address customer concerns, and follow up as needed.
Sales Development:
Learn and apply company-provided scripts and techniques to communicate effectively with customers.
Assist in identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate solutions.
Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with customers to create a positive first impression.
Address initial questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
Achieving Goals:
Work toward meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales objectives.
Administrative Tasks:
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Prepare follow-up communication as needed.
Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
