Associate Director (Key Program Initiatives) is responsible for managing strategic programs across Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Domains. This leader will work closely with the teams within operations and with enabling functions like talent acquisition, training & development, technology/ analytics/ business excellence to support talent and business priorities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with talent acquisition organization to strategize on efficiently and effectively meeting business requirements
Develop and execute best-in-class practices for end-to-end employee life cycle experience inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, communication, selection, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention
Determine workforce planning strategies, leverage data to determine both short and long-term recruiting plans - thinking about how to run a highly agile and cost-effective model that delivers the best quality outcomes possible
Managing controllership around multiple client-facing business workstreams and prepare strategic report-outs to CXO level leadership. Represent the business on internal and external forums
Through a solid partnership with the business, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Training teams leads the team to fully meet the needs of the business balancing metrics with talent quality and candidate and hiring manger experience

Required Qualifications:
Demonstrate experience of building high performance teams, effective partnerships, and collaborative stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization
Proven experience setting and balancing short- and long-term priorities and remain focused within a rigorous, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
Ability to partner and mentor middle managers
Effective project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Passion for personal learning and development to be able to grow with the company
Entrepreneurial drive, results-oriented, outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualification:
12+ years of experience in managing or part of key program initiatives across support functions with focus on employees, progressive operations/ project management experience
