Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably but not required, an FMCG Manager that is well verse in Sales.
Experience in Skin Care industry is an advantage in this position.
Preferably with experience in handling National Accounts such as; Robinsons, 7/11, SM, etc.
Highly analytical, creative, organize and possess a good leadership style.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a good Leadership Style
